Flood Risk Modeller

Are you a Flood Risk Modeller who has flood risk and flood modeller pro experience?

This exciting role will offer you the chance to join a market leading Environmental Consultancy who specialise in flood risk, hydrology and hydraulic modelling.  

You will work on varied residential, commercial, healthcare, educational and industrial projects for both public and private sector clients.    

As a Flood Risk Modeller, you will join an experienced team of Engineers and Consultants and be expected to complete;

Hydraulic modelling and model build using Flood Modeller and Tuflow.
Flood risk assessments, flood consequence assessments, nutrient neutrality assessments and drainage strategies.
Hydrological assessments.
Water Framework Directive Assessments.
Natural flood management, wetland management and re-wilding projects.
Flood risk mapping and estimation using ArcGIS.        
ES Statements.
Frequent liaison with Private Sector Clients and Local Authorities to discuss project progress.  Candidates are required to have a strong academic background in Geography, Environmental Management, Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering and have experience working for a UK based Consultancy specialising in flood risk assessments and hydraulic modelling using Flood Modeller and Tuflow.

Candidates are required to be based near Reading as you will be required to work from the office on a hybrid basis.
