Location: Major Account sites in Central London & West London
Working Hours: 08:00-17:00 (subject to property requirements) plus on-call rota for emergency response

About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to maintain building infrastructure across our major occupier accounts in Central and West London. You'll operate and troubleshoot all building systems, lead a small technical team, and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate and maintain all building services systems efficiently
* Act as Duty Authorised Person (LV) and issue site permits
* Complete PPM schedules and reactive maintenance tasks
* Conduct daily building tours and resolve defects
* Manage statutory inspections and maintain accurate records
* Supervise specialist contractors and ensure quality standards
* Coordinate materials ordering and stock management
Technical Systems Experience Required
Electrical & Controls: BMS, electrical monitoring, UPS systems, HV/LV switchgear, emergency lighting, variable speed drives
HVAC: AHUs, air conditioning, VAV/CRAC units, cooling towers
Fire & Life Safety: Fire alarms, sprinklers, VESDA, suppression systems
Power Systems: Generators, load banks, AC/DC motors (single/three phase)
Essential Requirements
* Approved electrical apprenticeship or equivalent Building Services experience
* 18th Edition IEE Wiring & Installation
* C&G 2360 Parts 1 & 2 (or equivalent)
* Previous LV/HV Authorised Person experience
* BMS end-user experience
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* C&G 2391 qualification

£50000.00 - £57000.00 per year
