Key Responsibilities
* Measure and cut cables to precise lengths according to job sheets or work orders
* Coil cables neatly and consistently to company standards
* Package cables correctly, including labelling and sealing for shipment
* Ensure accuracy of quantities and sizes before packaging
* Carry out basic quality checks to identify defects or damage
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
* Follow all health & safety procedures and company guidelines
* Report any issues with materials, equipment, or specifications to the supervisor
* Meet productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
Skills & Experience - Essential
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to follow written instructions and measurements
* Manual handling capability
* Basic numeracy skills
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Desirable
* Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly work
