As a Nursery Room Leader, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the baby room, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment. The successful Nursery Room Leader will lead a small team, supporting and mentoring staff to deliver high-quality care and education. You will work closely with parents, building strong relationships and ensuring open communication at all times.
The ideal Nursery Room Leader will hold a Level 3 (or above) childcare qualification and have proven experience working with babies in an early years setting. As a Nursery Room Leader, you should be confident in planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities that support learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Nursery Room Leader who can inspire their team and maintain excellent standards of care, safety, and safeguarding. The role of Nursery Room Leader requires strong organisational and leadership skills, along with a genuine passion for working with young children.
