Temporary RoleManpower is recruiting on behalf of our national client for a 3.5T Multi-Drop Driver to join their busy Newton Abbot operation to cover holiday on an ad-hoc basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and customer-focused driver looking for weekday work with no weekends.
The Role
As a 3.5T Driver, you will be delivering paint and decorating supplies to trade customers and decorators across the local area using a planned delivery route.
Duties will include:
Completing multi-drop deliveries across Newton Abbot and surrounding areas
Delivering excellent customer service at each drop
Loading and unloading deliveries safely
Following pre-planned routes and delivery schedules
Supporting with general warehouse and store duties when required
Ensuring all deliveries are completed accurately and on timeWhat We're Looking For
Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 9 points
Minimum 2 years' driving experience
Aged 21 or over (insurance purposes)
Multi-drop delivery experience desirable
Good knowledge of the local area
Strong customer service and communication skills
Flexible attitude and willingness to support in the warehouse when needed
Safety boots and hi-vis requiredAbout the Work

Shift times: 09:00 - 16:00
Between 5 and 50 drops per day depending on route and demandPay
