Salary: £95 – £110 per day (dependent on experience)

The Role
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to support pupils with additional needs
Provide 1:1 and small-group support tailored to individual learning plans
Support pupils with needs such as ASD, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties
Help create a calm, safe, and engaging learning environment
Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour
Support pupils both in and outside the classroom, including during transitions
Who We’re Looking For
A caring, patient, and compassionate approach
Experience (or a strong interest) in supporting children with SEN
Calm, resilient, and confident behaviour management skills
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Flexible, proactive, and able to adapt to pupils’ needs
A committed team player dedicated to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
