We're hiring a Client Relationship Manager to join a well-established and fast-growing business in Poole, Dorset.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop key client accounts
Identify opportunities to increase revenue and margin
Provide tailored product recommendations
Conduct pricing reviews and support commercial decision-making
Work closely with internal teams (operations, sourcing, branding)
Support clients with planning, forecasting, and product selection
Ensure a consistently high level of service and client satisfaction
This is a relationship-led, commercially focused role-not just reactive account handling.
What we're looking for:
To succeed as a Client Relationship Manager in Poole, Dorset you'll need:
Experience in B2B or B2C sales and customer-focused roles
Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with data
Proven ability to grow accounts and build long-term relationships
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Background in hospitality, retail, or customer-led sectors (advantageous)
