Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one or small group support for pupils with SEN
* Assist with tailored learning plans and activities
* Support emotional, behavioural, and social development
* Work closely with teachers and SENCOs
Requirements:
* Experience supporting children with SEN (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH)
* Calm, patient, and empathetic nature
* Strong communication skills
* Relevant qualifications or training (desirable)
