About the Role
Complete classroom services are seeking an experienced and proactive professional to join a school were working closely with as Administrative Manager. We are seeking an organised, proactive and highly professional Administration Manager to lead the school’s administrative functions and front office services.
This is a key operational role, responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the school office, line management of the administration team, and the oversight of administrative systems including student records, attendance, admissions and general administration, GDPR and Health & Safety compliance.
Working closely with the Headteacher, senior leadership team and Business Director, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the school. You will lead the administrative team, manage key systems and processes, and ensure high standards across all areas of school administration.
This is a dynamic and varied role requiring excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the school’s administrative functions and team
* Ensure efficient, effective and compliant administrative systems and procedures
* Oversee office management, reception and front-of-house operations
* Manage student attendance, records and reporting through Sims
* Coordinate admissions, enrolment and student transitions
* Support HR administration, compliance (including GDPR and Health & Safety)
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to statutory returns
* Support school events, activities and wider school priorities
* Foster a welcoming, professional and well-organised school environment
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in administration, ideally within a school
* Proven experience with Sims database system essential
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent organisational and communication abilities
* High attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
* A proactive, solution-focused mindset
