How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

A place where people, safety and quality come first

We're looking for a Production Supervisor who believes that great results start with great leadership; someone who creates an environment where people feel safe, respected, supported and where people are able to reach their full potential.

This role sits at the heart of our manufacturing operation. You'll lead production teams across Day & Night shifts (Mon to Thurs), ensuring work is delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards, while building trust, capability and confidence within a diverse workforce.

You'll be supported to grow, learn and succeed in your role

    What you'll be responsible for

Lead production teams across weekday shifts, fostering a safe, inclusive and respectful working environment.
Deliver production targets safely, on time and to quality standards, balancing people, process and materials.
Act as a visible role model for Health & Safety and quality, embedding STOP culture and compliance.
Coach, develop and performance-manage Team Leaders and Technicians, supporting wellbeing and capability growth.
Manage people matters fairly and consistently, including attendance, performance and investigations.
Use operational data to understand performance, identify trends and drive improvement.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Materials, Training and HR to resolve issues.
Drive continuous improvement by encouraging ideas, applying Lean principles and supporting change on the shop floor.

    About you

We know there's no such thing as a "perfect" candidate. If many of the points below sound like you, we'd love to hear from you.

A practical understanding of Lean or continuous improvement, applied in real-world settings
A strong commitment to dignity, fairness and inclusion
The ability to coach, mentor and support your team through performance, attendance and development
Clear, respectful and able to adapt communication skills to your audience - no ego
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Qualifications such as NVQ Level 4 (or equivalent) are helpful but your mindset, leadership style and practical experience matter most.

    Our Commitment to Inclusion

We're proud to be an inclusive employer and welcome applicants of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences.
