About Us:
Tradewind Recruitment is a leading education recruitment agency, partnering with a wide network of secondary schools across Doncaster. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Sports Coaches and Cover Supervisors to support our partner schools on a daily, short-term, and long-term basis.
The Role:
This is a flexible and rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with young people and supporting their development. Successful candidates will step into classrooms to supervise lessons, deliver pre-set work, and maintain a positive learning environment. Sports Coaches will also have opportunities to support PE lessons and extracurricular activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials across a range of subjects
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Engage and motivate students to stay on task
Support the delivery of PE lessons and sports activities (where applicable)
Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour
Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment at all timesRequirements:
Experience working with young people (e.g., coaching, mentoring, tutoring, or classroom support)
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
A flexible and proactive approach to work
Ability to adapt quickly to different school environments
A valid enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
Relevant qualifications in sports coaching or education (desirable but not essential)What We Offer:

£100.00 - £125.00 per day
