How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    As a Team Secretary in the Real Estate team you will provide essential administrative and organisational support to a busy team within a well established legal firm. This role is based in Central London and requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organisational skills who is able to work in the office on a hybrid basis.

    Description

    Provide administrative support to the wider team within the Real Estate department.
    Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence with precision.
    Coordinate and manage diaries, arranging meetings and appointments efficiently.
    Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
    Assist with billing processes and ensure timely invoicing and follow-up.
    Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and support.
    Undertake any other administrative tasks as required to support the team's operations.Profile

    We are looking for someone who has gained at least a year's experience as an apprentice or legal assistant and is looking to pursue a career as a Legal Secretary.
    Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
