How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    We're looking for a commercially driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead online growth for a fast‑paced FMCG food brand. This role is central to increasing brand visibility, driving product sales, and optimising performance across owned digital channels and key online grocery retailers.

    You'll play a critical role in strengthening our digital shelf presence, improving search performance, and building meaningful relationships with consumers through CRM and content-led journeys in a highly competitive grocery environment.

    Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
    Manage and optimise the company's online presence, including website and social media channels.
    Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
    Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing strategies with broader business objectives.
    Identify and implement SEO and PPC strategies to improve online visibility.
    Oversee content creation, ensuring it aligns with the company's brand guidelines.
    Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
    Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance.Profile

    A successful Digital Marketing Manager should have:

    Proven experience in digital marketing within FMCG, food, or consumer goods
    Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and conversion optimisation
    Hands‑on experience with CRM and lifecycle marketing
    Familiarity with online grocery platforms and digital shelf optimisation
    Strong commercial mindset and understanding of shopper behaviour
