The role:
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet a range of needs
* Support students with EHCPs and additional learning needs
* Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and external professionals
* Monitor and track student progress, celebrating every achievement
* Create a safe, positive, and stimulating learning environment
We are looking for someone who:
* Has experience working with SEND students (or a strong interest in this area)
* Is patient, empathetic, and adaptable in their approach
* Has excellent communication and teamwork skills

Salary description
£168.00 - £251.00 per day
