The Role
As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple developments across the Leeds area, ensuring sales performance targets are met and exceeded. You will lead, coach, and support on-site sales teams while driving best practice and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and motivate on-site sales teams across multiple developments
* Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximise revenue
* Conduct regular site visits to ensure high presentation and compliance standards
* Support the recruitment, training, and development of sales advisors
* Work closely with senior management to report on sales activity and forecasts
* Ensure a consistently high level of customer service throughout the buyer journey
About You
* Proven experience within new homes sales, ideally at management or senior sales level
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Commercially aware with a track record of achieving sales targets
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* Full UK driving licence
