How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Business Analyst - Idox Acolaid

    1 year FTC

    £58,899

    Hybrid - Central London

    Code Red Associates are working with a long term client who are actively looking to add a business analyst to their team on a 1 year FTC.

    You will need to have  experience as a Business Analyst to support a major Idox Acolaid to Idox Uniform/SaaS cloud migration. This is a key role within a transformation programme, ensuring business requirements are accurately captured, processes are optimised, and the transition is delivered smoothly with minimal disruption.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead business analysis activities for the migration from Acolaid to Uniform/SaaS cloud
    Engage with stakeholders across planning, building control and land charges functions
    Elicit, document, and validate business and system requirements
    Analyse current ("as-is") processes and design improved ("to-be") workflows
    Support data and migration activities, including data mapping and validation
    Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and project managers
    Facilitate workshops, interviews, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
    Ensure alignment with regulatory and local government requirements
    Key Skills & Experience

    Proven experience as a Business Analyst on system migration or transformation projects
    Strong knowledge of Idox Acolaid and Idox Uniform and/or Idox SaaS cloud (highly desirable)
    Experience working with local government, planning, or regulatory environments
    Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
    Strong documentation skills (BRDs, process maps, user stories)
    Experience with data migration, integration, and testing processes
    Familiarity with Agile and/or Prince2 delivery methodologies
