How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    This Senior Analyst, FP&A role supports strategic decision‑making across a fast‑growing, institutionally backed renewables and infrastructure platform, with responsibility for planning, forecasting, valuation and capital allocation. The position partners closely with investment and development teams, combining core FP&A with deal‑driven analysis to optimise performance across a diverse portfolio.

    Description

    Broad remit spanning budgeting, forecasting, valuation, capital allocation and scenario analysis
    Build and maintain integrated financial reporting models consolidating business plans for each business segment
    Develop scenario analysis for valuations and funding needs
    Close partnering with investment and development teams on acquisitions and projects
    Blend of corporate FP&A and deal / project finance responsibilities
    Provide insights on deal structuring, pricing strategy, and negotiation support
    Translate complex financial data into clear recommendations for non-finance stakeholders
    Collaborate with investment & development teams to challenge assumptions and align financial plans with operational reality
    Monitor financial performance of the business segments
    Track KPIs such as variance analysis (forecast vs actual), rent metrics, margins, capex, ROI, value uplift etc
    Prepare monthly management reports and board-level presentations
    High visibility role with regular interaction with senior leadership and investorsProfile

    You will have 4+ years' experience in FP&A, corporate finance or a related analytical finance role
    Hold a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with a strong academic background
    Demonstrates advanced financial modelling capability and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
    Experience working with complex data sets, scenario analysis and performance reporting
    Real Estate or Investment Portfolio background desirable
    Is commercially minded, with the ability to balance detail with big‑picture thinking
    Strong stakeholder skills and confidence engaging with senior, non‑finance audiencesJob Offer
