You’ll be involved in the day-to-day running of the finance function while also contributing to the wider financial management of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the Financial Director with day-to-day finance operations
Overseeing transactional finance (purchase ledger, sales ledger, payroll support)
Producing monthly management accounts
Managing cashflow and supporting forecasting activities
Balance sheet reconciliations and month-end close
Supporting budgeting and cost control across projects
Liaising with operational teams to provide financial insight
Assisting with year-end and external accountant/auditor queries
About You
Proven experience in a hands-on Finance Manager or Senior Management Accountant role
Comfortable working across both operational and strategic finance tasks
Strong systems skills (Sage or similar preferred)
Proactive, organised, and able to work closely with senior leadership
