Fire Alarm Engineer (inc Fire extinguishers)

Artisan Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Fire & Security Engineer to join a well-established and highly regarded company operating across Hampshire, Sussex. The business provides high-quality fire and security solutions to commercial clients and works within a structured framework agreement.

This is a field-based role covering installation, service, and maintenance of a range of systems. You’ll be responsible for delivering projects to a high standard, from installation through to commissioning and handover, while ensuring compliance with contractual and industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Installation, servicing, and commissioning of fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems

* Fire extinguisher servicing/maintenance

* Fault finding, testing, repairs, and final system handover

* Servicing, maintenance, and basic installation of fire extinguishers

* Working in line with framework agreement requirements and industry regulations

* Covering sites across Hampshire

Requirements:

* Proven experience in fire and security systems (installation, service, or commissioning)

* Strong knowledge of fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems

* Fire extinguisher servicing/maintenance qualifications

* Professional, reliable, and self-motivated approach

* Good communication skills and ability to work independently
