How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager who is outstanding at marketing. You will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of cross‑channel marketing programmes, collaborating with product, sales, and content teams to deliver measurable business impact.

    ## Key responsibilities

    Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives

    Plan, execute and optimise multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, social, content, PR, events)

    Manage the end‑to‑end campaign lifecycle: ideation, brief, execution, tracking, reporting, and optimisation

    Define and own the marketing calendar; ensure timely delivery against deadlines

    Lead brand management to ensure consistency across all touchpoints

    Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to inform strategy

    Oversee digital marketing efforts: SEO, PPC, display, social advertising, email marketing, and content campaigns

    Collaborate with product and sales to build pipeline, enablement materials, and demand generation

    Manage budgets, forecast ROI, and report on performance against KPIs

    Manage, mentor and develop marketing team members; foster a high-performance culture

    Coordinate with external agencies and vendors; manage contracts and SOWs

    Ensure compliance with data privacy and consent requirements in all campaigns
    ## Required skills and experience

    Proven track record in marketing leadership and campaign management
    Strong strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
    Experience across digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social, email, content)
    Proficient with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics)
    Excellent analytical skills; ability to define and track KPIs, ROIs, and attribution
    Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and optimise spend
    Excellent written and verbal communication; strong stakeholder management
    Ability to lead and develop a marketing team; cross-functional collaboration
    Experience in B2B or B2C marketing (industry knowledge as a plus)
    ## Desirable attributes

    Experience with brand storytelling and content marketing
    Knowledge of performance marketing and demand generation tactics

    ## Qualifications
