Application Support Analyst - 6 months - Inside IR35 - London - Hybrid
My client a leading global bank is looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst to support Front, Middle and Back Office applications in a production-critical environment. The role involves investigating incidents, performing root cause analysis, and resolving application and data issues in collaboration with development and infrastructure teams.
Responsibilities
Support production applications across FO / MO / BO
Investigate and resolve incidents using SQL and PL/SQL
Write, maintain and simplify Oracle PL/SQL scripts
Analyse complex queries, tables and datasets
Support releases, deployments and production stability
Participate in on-call / occasional weekend supportSkills & Experience
Strong application production support experience
C#, ASP.NET, .NET experience
Strong Oracle, PL/SQL and SQL skills
Experience working with complex, data heavy systems
