High-growth InsurTech modernising how underwriting and risk decisions are made.
This is a critical leadership hire as the business shifts from being tech-led to a truly product-led, market-driven organisation.
The role
Reporting initially to the COO, you’ll own and lead the Product function, operating as a peer to Engineering and Data.
You’ll define and execute the product strategy, acting as the connective tissue between tech, data, and commercial, ensuring all three operate in lockstep to drive real market impact.
Alongside leading a lean but high-calibre team, you’ll be deeply hands-on — engaging directly with clients, brokers, and the market to shape product direction, define clear product bets, and drive commercial differentiation.
What you need
- Head of / senior product leadership experience in high-growth environments
- Strong B2B product background (InsurTech, Reinsurance, FinTech)
- Experience in high growth start up/scale up environments
- Solid technical and data literacy — credible partner to Engineering and Data
- Confident influencing senior stakeholders and challenging at SLT level
