Key Duties:
Manage filing systems and document control
Oversee office-based Health & Safety checks and actions
Liaise with suppliers regarding invoices or payments
Keep the office workspace organised and compliant (5S principles)
Submit payroll data for new starters
Track and report annual leave to HR each quarter
Promote employee benefits and internal communications
Act as a point of contact for general HR queries and meeting support
Maintain visitor inductions and safety briefings
Ensure fire safety equipment is up to date
Work with suppliers to maintain a safe working environmentSuitable Candidate:
MS-office and proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and be able to draft reports
Strong attention to detail
A degree or equivalent professional qualification in business
CIPD qualification desirable
Experience of working in manufacturing organisation would be advantageous
People management experience
Experience of using SAP advantageous

£35000.00 - £38000.00 per year
