The Role
An opportunity for a Senior Design Manager to lead and coordinate design delivery across multiple projects, from pre-construction through to completion. You'll act as a key point of contact for design-related matters, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly and to a high standard.
Key Duties
Manage design across all project phases
Coordinate consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders
Oversee design programmes, information flow and approvals
Chair design meetings and provide technical guidance
Drive value engineering and innovative design solutions
Requirements
Proven experience in a Design Manager / Senior Design Manager role
Strong understanding of construction design processes and regulations
Experience working across pre-construction and live projects
Excellent coordination, communication and leadership skills
