The Role
An opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a busy commercial team, managing costs across multiple residential conversion and refurbishment projects from initial feasibility through to final account.
Key Duties
Cost planning, budgeting and reporting
Managing valuations, variations and final accounts
Subcontractor procurement and commercial management
Supporting project delivery to ensure cost efficiency
Requirements
Experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor within construction
Background in residential, refurbishment or D&B projects (desirable)
Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
