We are seeking an experienced Plasterer Multi Trade to join a growing housing contractor covering Harrow, Stanmore, Edgware, and Northolt. This role involves working within occupied and void social housing properties, carrying out high-quality plastering alongside a range of general maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities:
Undertaking all plastering tasks to achieve first-time fix, delivering a high standard of workmanship consistently.
Carrying out patch repairs as well as larger plastering projects in social housing properties.
Performing decorating, tiling, and other associated multi-trade maintenance tasks as required.
Working efficiently and productively to complete tasks within agreed time frames while maintaining quality standards.
Providing excellent customer service, ensuring residents and clients are treated with respect and professionalism.
Completing daily work sheets accurately, detailing tasks performed and materials used after each job.
Liaising with tenants to address any questions or concerns during the maintenance visit.Requirements:
Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or IATP
