Now Education is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work on a day-to-day, adhoc basis across a range of secondary schools in Leicester. This is a great opportunity if you’re looking for flexible work that fits around your schedule, or to gain experience in a school setting.
The Role:
* Supervising classes in the absence of the teacher
* Delivering pre-set work and ensuring students stay on task
* Managing classroom behaviour
* Supporting students where needed
* Adapting to different schools and environments
What we’re looking for:
* Experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable but not essential)
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills
* A confident and proactive approach
* Flexible and reliable
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
