You will have some office, administration and customer service experience, ideally liaising with maintenance and facilities suppliers. Most importantly, you will possess outstanding customer service experience face to face, over the phone and email communication.
You will ensure that the office is operating well, looks aesthetically good and meet the needs of the staff on site. Booking meeting rooms, arranging catering, arranging for equipment, lights etc are replaced or fixed when required. Greeting visitors into the office and pointing them in the right direction, ordering stationary and arranging office-based events.
The right candidate will be ‘the face of the office’ and company and this is a great role that will progress over time and as the company grows. The hours are Monday to Friday. Please note the role requires this person to be on site five days a week (the hours can be a bit flexible).
