Academics are a National Education Agency with 22 offices across the country. Our Stoke office has been open nearly 15 years; working with local Primary, Secondary and SEN Schools.

We're looking for a Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Stoke-on-Trent team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career or looking to transition into recruitment. While a background in sales is beneficial, it's your attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn that matter most.

Job role:

Supporting schools by sourcing and placing education professionals
Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and schools
Writing job adverts, screening CVs, and conducting interviews
Learning how to manage the full recruitment cycle from start to finish
Working towards targets in a supportive, team-focused environmentWhat we're looking for:
