How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Marketing Projects Co-ordinator [Ref: CC8658]

    £26,238 - £26,334 per annum

    37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

    We’re looking for a dynamic and organised Marketing Projects Co-ordinator to join our busy Marketing & Communications team at Chichester College Group. If you thrive on planning, scheduling, and seeing projects through from idea to delivery, this role is for you.

    You’ll be the glue between teams, systems, and timelines, helping us stay on track as we deliver high-impact campaigns that support student recruitment, brand visibility and strategic initiatives.

    What you’ll do

    Support planning and coordination of marketing projects using tools like (url removed).

    Manage project schedules, track progress, and update stakeholders.

    Coordinate day-to-day workflow across teams, ensuring deadlines are met.

    Act as the go-to contact for project updates and queries.

    Keep clear documentation of activity, tasks and outcomes.

    Support internal project meetings and ensure alignment across departments.

    Identify areas to improve process efficiency and support continuous improvement.

    What you’ll bring

    Proven experience co-ordinating marketing or creative projects.

    Strong knowledge of campaign development, content workflows and scheduling.

    Confidence using project management tools (e.g. (url removed)) and Microsoft Office.

    Proven communication and interpersonal skills and being comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.

    First-class organisational and time management skills.

    GCSEs in English and Maths (grade C/4 or above) or equivalent.

    A professional marketing qualification (e.g. CIM) and experience in education/public sector is a bonus, but not essential.

    The location of this role will be discussed at interview.
