Main Duties
To provide administrative and secretarial support
Photocopy documents, taking into account all aspects of confidentiality.
Maintain filing and record keeping systems
Liaise with staff in other services and with outside agencies, as necessary
Processing of incoming and outgoing mail
Log, distribute and dispatch post and maintain appropriate records.
Carry out telephone reception duties, along side other main reception duties including being the first point of contact for clients entering the building.
Undertake any other tasks in line with this post.
Ideally you will need SystmOne experience.
A Basic DBS will be required
