The need now exists for a Document Controller to join the team on a high-rise mixed-use scheme in Camden, North West London.
This is a permanent role, based on site in Camden full time (Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm) with no working from home.
It is essential you have knowledge/use of the system Procore.
You will work closely with Project Consultants and Sub-contractors to ensure that all relevant parties are compliant with the Project execution plan procedures and best practice. Implement and maintain the document control system including invitations sent to contractors to be added to Procore. Uploading / downloading documents & archiving onto currently used system – Procore. Provide full document support, QA drawings to ensure that all current drawings, specifications, and all other associated contract related documents can be accessed easily. Prepare Project Files, Sub-Contract Files and Consultant files. All project documents filed correctly, maintained, and issued in a prompt and efficient manner using Procore system.
