How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Clay Modeller

    About the Role

    We are looking for an experienced Automotive Clay Modeller to support the creation and development of new vehicle exterior and interior designs for our next-generation products. The role combines creative clay modelling, collaboration with internal clients and stakeholders, and the development of feasible design concepts for industrial automotive products.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Coordinate with internal design, product, and marketing teams to align on project goals, target users, brand strategy, and technical requirements for new vehicle models

    * Translate 2D sketches, renderings, and design briefs into high-quality interior/exterior clay models, ensuring adherence to brand design language

    * Proficient in clay model techniques: 3-axis milling, 3D scanning, and handling tools/materials

    * Enforce data management policies for secure model sharing, access control, and documentation to protect intellectual property

    Requirements

    * Minimum of 10 years’ professional experience in automotive clay modelling, ideally within an OEM or major design studio.

    * Degree or equivalent qualification in industrial/product design, transportation design, clay modelling, or a related discipline.

    * Proven track record of delivering complete exterior and/or interior clay models for industrial automotive products from early concept to design freeze.

    * Strong ability to interpret design briefs and 2D visuals, conduct relevant research, and develop feasible 3D design solutions that respond to user, market and production needs.

    * Good understanding of automotive design principles, proportions, surfacing quality, materials and manufacturing processes.

    * Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams (design, engineering, marketing, suppliers) and managing multiple projects in parallel.

    * Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain design concepts and clay models to both creative and technical stakeholders.

    * Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
