The Role
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established manufacturing business based on the outskirts of Keighley, who are looking to add a Function Testing Operative to their team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with previous machine operating experience and a strong mechanical aptitude. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing machinery and ensuring products meet required quality and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Operating and function testing machinery and equipment
* Ensuring all products meet quality and performance standards
* Identifying faults and reporting any issues
* Carrying out basic mechanical adjustments when required
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Following all health and safety procedures
Candidate Requirements
* Previous machine operating experience is essential
* Mechanically minded with a practical, problem-solving approach
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable with a good work ethic
