Property Manager

RyeView Homes is a small, independent estate and letting agency in High Wycombe, known for our professional, friendly approach to property management. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced and driven Property Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering excellent service to our landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a portfolio of residential properties
Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
Coordinating maintenance works and liaising with contractors
Ensuring all properties meet current safety and legal compliance requirements
Handling tenancy issues, disputes, and renewals
Conducting property inspections and reporting findings
Managing rent arrears and ensuring timely payments
Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in property management or lettings is ideal but not essential.
Some knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance (ideal but not essential)
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
Confident communicator with the ability to manage difficult situations
Ability to work independently or within a team, and manage a busy workload
Full UK driving licence
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with property software is a bonus

What We Offer

Competitive salary: £26,000 – £34,000 per annum (depending on experience)
