We are looking for an experienced Bench Hand Joiner with strong brass work experience to join a specialist manufacturing/joinery business. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering stable hours, long-term progression, and the chance to work on high-quality bespoke products.

The role

Bench joinery work producing high-quality bespoke components
Working with brass, including cutting, shaping, fitting, and finishing
Assembling detailed joinery pieces to exact specifications
Working from technical drawings and job sheets
Using a range of hand tools and workshop machinery
Producing high-end finishes with strong attention to detail
Supporting production targets while maintaining quality standards
Keeping the workspace clean, safe, and organised What we are looking for

Previous experience as a Bench Hand Joiner
Proven experience working with brass 
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Reliable, positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
