Salary: up to £32,000 + Bonus & Commission

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
- Deliver exceptional client service across both sales and after-sales
- Maintain the highest standards of brand representation and product knowledge
- Act as a role model in client engagement, building long-term relationships and loyalty
- Develop personalised clienteling strategies to drive engagement and sales opportunities
About You
- Proven experience in luxury retail with a strong sales track record
- Passion for luxury jewellery, craftsmanship, and client experience
- Strong understanding of clienteling and high-end customer service
- Motivated, target-driven, and confident in a fast-paced luxury environment
- Previous experience within jewellery or luxury accessories is highly desirable
