We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Sales Associate to join a small and dynamic team. This role combines sales support, account management and logistics coordination, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with both suppliers and customers in a fast-paced and exciting environment.

Key Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Support the growth and management of assigned accounts
- Coordinate orders and logistics to ensure efficient operations
- Provide high-quality customer service and communication
- Support the sales team and report to senior management
Key Sales Associate Requirements:
- C1/C2 level Italian and strong English proficiency
- Previous experience in the wine trade
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, reliable and able to prioritise effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Wine qualifications (e.g. WSET) are desirable
