We’re partnering with a fast-growing SaaS business looking to expand their commercial team with a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR).
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their sales career to join a high-performing, supportive environment with clear progression into closing roles.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach.
You’ll:
- Conduct cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to engage prospective clients
- Qualify leads and book meetings for senior sales colleagues
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies
- Develop strong knowledge of the SaaS product offering and market
What They’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year B2B sales experience (including cold outreach)
- Strong communication skills — confident, articulate and engaging
- Highly motivated, resilient and target-driven
- Interest in or exposure to the SaaS industry (beneficial but not essential)
- Ability to commute to Reading (RG1) on a hybrid basis
