Our Graduate Sales Programme is designed to give ambitious individuals hands-on experience in business development, client engagement, and leadership, with a clear pathway into management.
The Opportunity
This programme provides a practical introduction to sales and business development in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
You’ll work on live client campaigns, engage directly with customers, and develop key commercial skills. With structured training and one-to-one mentorship, progression is based on performance and leads to team leadership and management roles.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver direct sales and marketing campaigns
• Engage customers and build strong client relationships
• Support campaign performance and team targets
• Learn sales techniques, communication, and business strategy
• Develop leadership and public speaking skills through ongoing training
Who We’re Looking For
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, goal-driven mindset
• Confident working in team environments
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
• A degree (any discipline) or equivalent mindset is preferred.
Experience in retail, hospitality, sports, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not required.
