We're hiring a Salon Manager at So.Shell — and this role is fundamentally about one thing: growing revenue and keeping clients coming back.

We're looking for someone who understands that a great salon isn't just about great service — it's about retention. Every client who walks out without rebooking is a missed opportunity. Every empty slot is lost revenue. Every team member who doesn't upsell is leaving money on the table.
You'll own one of our central London locations and be responsible for:
— Driving repeat bookings and reducing client churn — through personal client relationships, follow-up, and smart use of our CRM
— Maximising daily occupancy — filling empty slots before they become lost revenue
— Coaching every team member to sell: the rebooking, the product, the upgrade — at every touchpoint
— Tracking individual technician performance — occupancy rate, rebooking rate, average spend — and holding people accountable
— Building client loyalty through interviews, feedback loops, and genuine relationship management
— Running tight operations: scheduling, stock, standards — so the team can focus on the client
What we're looking for:
— 5+ years in a management role
— Background in beauty, wellness or premium hospitality — essential
— A proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
— Someone who reads the numbers and turns them into action
— A floor leader who earns the team's respect by being present, not by sending messages
