You will partner closely with production and site leadership teams, acting as both a trusted advisor and a firm, fair decision-maker.
Strong interpersonal skills are essential. You must be able to build credibility quickly with a diverse workforce, including shop-floor employees, supervisors, and senior management. Resilience is key this role involves navigating sensitive and sometimes high-stakes situations with professionalism and consistency.
