As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll:
- 🌐 Use digital tools, referrals, and events to find top talent
- 🧠 Interview and assess candidates to match them with the right roles
- 🤝 Build your own business - cultivating strong relationships with clients and candidates
- 💬 Negotiate offers - Make placements
- 🔄 Manage the full recruitment cycle (360) from start to finish
- 📑 Vertical market specialist
