How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Recruitment Administrator

    Location: Sandwich
    Contract: Permanent
    Hours: Full-time

    About the Role:
    Our Client is seeking a motivated and organised Recruitment Administrator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in recruitment administration within a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment. Full training, tools, and ongoing support will be provided.

    You will support Recruitment Consultants and work closely with the Head of Consultancy to enhance both candidate and client experience. The role also offers exposure to recruitment systems and automation, playing a key part in improving internal processes and reporting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Operational & Administrative Support

    * Provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support to the Talent Delivery team.

    * Act as a coordination point between consultants, candidates, and clients.

    * Maintain accurate records across internal systems and manage documentation.

    * Support the team with ad‑hoc operational tasks as required.

    Job Advertising & Candidate Coordination

    * Create, format, and publish job adverts across job boards and CRM platforms.

    * Schedule and coordinate interviews, managing diaries and communications.

    * Monitor live adverts to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.

    Candidate & Campaign Support

    * Format, anonymise, and prepare CVs to a professional standard.

    * Coordinate candidate submission packages, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

    * Support engagement events such as candidate briefings and Q&A sessions.

    * Assist with post‑campaign communications, surveys, and reporting.

    Systems & Continuous Improvement

    * Support administration of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and SharePoint.

    * Help develop automation to streamline routine tasks.

    * Work with senior colleagues to identify improvements to candidate and client journeys.

    About You:
    You will be highly organised, detail‑focused, and confident using Microsoft 365 and digital systems. Strong communication skills, a customer‑centric approach, and a proactive mindset are essential.

    This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys improving processes while delivering an excellent service.
