Your background as a Graduate Manufacturing Engineer:
* You will hold a relevant qualification (HNC/HND/Degree) in engineering, manufacturing, or a similar technical / engineering / science-based discipline.
* An interest in working on the development and manufacture of products for automotive, specialist vehicles, aerospace, defence, marine or similar applications would be beneficial.
* You must be a sole British passport holder to be eligible for UK Defence Security Clearance for this role.
Graduate Manufacturing Engineer responsibilities:
* As a Graduate Manufacturing Engineer, you will contribute to all stages of the product lifecycle, feeding into research & development, devising, and improving processes, collaborating with suppliers, customers, colleagues to support production activities.
* Help drive manufacturing excellence through process optimisation, and performance monitoring.
* Maintain robust, efficient, and future-ready processes, while ensuring readiness for new product introductions.
* Champion manufacturing innovation and collaborate with the wider R&D team to seamlessly integrate new products.
