At Burdi, we help independent cafés and local businesses increase customer loyalty through our payments and rewards app.
We’re looking for confident, outgoing sales reps to own and grow Burdi across a specific local area — working directly with venues on the high street.
This role is best suited to someone who lives in or or has strong existing knowledge of the targeted areas below, and is comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
2 Area Roles Available:
- Clapham, Battersea, Wandsworth and Surrounding Areas
- Brixton, Stockwell, Kennington, Camberwell and Surrounding Areas
About the role:
This is a part-time (3 days/week), field-based role.
What you'll be doing:
- Walking your area
- Meeting café owners and managers
- Signing venues up to Burdi
- Getting them live and taking their first payments
- Owning the full sales cycle: outreach, pitching, closing, onboarding
- Being a critical part of a small but fast-moving, mission-led startup
What we’re looking for:
- Great communicator – confident pitching to small business owners
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Proven closer with examples of hitting or smashing sales targets
- Practical and hands-on, this is not a desk job
- Passion for local businesses, tech, or loyalty/rewards is a big plus
- If you enjoy being out and about and like working with local businesses, this is a great fit.

Pay & Earnings
- £1,000/month base (part-time, 3 days/week)
- Typical On-target Earnings: £1,500–£2,500/month
- Strong performers: £2,500–£3,000+ per month (uncapped)
