How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    KS2 Teacher: Tower Hamlets

    Start Date: September 2026 | Full Academic Year (Temp to Perm Opportunity)

    Salary: £226 - £268 per day | Annual: £44,238 - £52,300 (MPS3 - MPS6)

    SANZA Teaching Agency is excited to be recruiting on behalf of a thriving and highly regarded primary school for a Key Stage 2 Teacher to join their team from September 2026.

    This is a fantastic opportunity within a popular and well-respected school-roles here don't stay available for long, and interviews/trials are taking place over the next two weeks.

    Importantly, the year group is flexible across KS2, with the school keen to match the successful candidate's strengths, experience, and preferences.

    The Role

    You'll be teaching within Key Stage 2, with the specific year group tailored to suit your skillset-whether that's lower KS2 or upper KS2.

    The school is looking for a confident and committed practitioner who can deliver engaging lessons, support pupil progress, and contribute positively to a strong team ethos.

    What We're Looking For

    Qualified Teacher (MPS 3-6) with KS2 experience

    Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum

    Ability to adapt teaching to suit a range of abilities

    (Experience in Year 6 and SATs is welcomed but not essential.)
