How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    We are seeking a Process Engineer - Electrode Manufacture & Scale Up to support the scale‑up of battery electrode coating processes. This role involves operating a reel‑to‑reel scale‑up line, conducting experiments, preparing samples, analysing data and contributing to formulation development. You will work closely with the engineering team to ensure project deliverables align with wider technical goals and milestones.
     
    The Process Engineer - Electrode Manufacture & Scale Up will:

    Operate reel‑to‑reel scale‑up equipment for electrode coating.
    Prepare, mix and characterise electrode slurries and coatings.
    Carry out routine testing, data collection and analysis.
    Summarise findings and present technical results to management and engineering teams.
    Maintain and update standard operating procedures, ensuring safe and compliant laboratory practices.
    Assist in equipment upkeep, calibration and supply management.  
    The Process Engineer - Electrode Manufacture & Scale Up will have:

    Degree in Materials Science, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or related discipline.
    Hands‑on experience working within a scientific or technical laboratory environment.
    Strong communication, organisational and documentation skills.
    Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, evolving setting.
    Motivation to learn and develop a wide range of laboratory and process skills.
    Experience with process scale‑up or operation of pilot‑scale manufacturing equipment.
