This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years’ conveyancing experience to manage their own caseload and work within a supportive, professional environment. Candidates with new build conveyancing experience will be at a distinct advantage.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
* Handling:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Re-mortgages
* Transfers of equity
* New build transactions (desirable)
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
* Delivering excellent client care throughout the process
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
* Ability to manage your own caseload independently
* Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish
* Experience with new build properties (preferred but not essential)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* High attention to detail
