Your responsibilities as Butcher

Carry out boning and carcass breakdown across multiple meat types
Maintain high standards of accuracy, yield, and presentation
Work efficiently within a fast-paced production environment
Support overall production output and daily targets
Ensure consistency across all cuts and processes
Contribute to smooth workflow across the wider team
What we’re looking for in a Butcher

Proven boning experience within a production or industrial setting
Strong understanding of carcass breakdown and meat cuts
Ability to maintain quality while working at pace
Experience handling multiple species (beef, lamb, pork, poultry advantageous)
Knowledge of maintaining yield and minimising waste
Working hours:
Based in Cullompton, you will work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (no weekends)
